Uh oh Unable to save

Hello, About a month ago I upgraded to pro for my website, completing the long transition from WP Bakery to Cornerstone and finally to Pro.

I edited a few pages and did a few other things with no problem. However, recently I went to update a critical, time-sensitive page and was met with the error message noted in the title. I tried editing the WP-configure.php file using Filezilla but that did not solve the problem.

Please help

Hi @gfales4,

Thanks for reaching out.
There might be a few different reasons behind the issue you are having. I would suggest you troubleshot a few common issues to find the reason behind it.

1.Plugin Conflict
2.Child Theme Related issue **If you have activated it.
3.Theme Update related issue
4.CSS/JS Customization
5.Disabling Cache
6.Increasing PHP Memory Limit
7.Permalink

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If that does not help, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

Thanks

Hi @gfales4,

Can you tell us which page or on how to replicate the issue your having to because when I tried to edit your pages, I don’t see any “uh oh unable to save” error. Please let us know so that we can better help you with your issue.

Hope that helps.

Thank you.

try the Realtor CE Class page and the Update event page

Hi @gfales4,

It seems that the Google map embed code is the reason behind your issue, I would suggest you add the Embed code once again or use the Google map option instead.

Hope it helps.
Thanks

i changed the element to “classic google map” but I received an error from element “this webpage cannot display this map properly” I remain unable to save the page in any configuration

Hi @gfales4,

This usually is a server conflict with Pro. As you can see, there is a status 403 error in the console. That is not detailed though so please contact your web host to check the error logs and fix the adjust the server settings according to what the error log says. You can also post the error logs in a Secure Note maybe we could point you to the right direction.

Thanks.

I contacted my hosting provideer (GoDaddy) they said it was likely that there was a plugin conflict. However, after disabling all of my plugins and deleting the google maps element, I was still unable to save the page

I tired adding some javascript code to my homepage, just to see if I could edit that page, but no I am receiving the same error messages as the CE class page

Hello @gfales4,

I checked your site dashboard it seems that there was an issue of permalink. I reset the permalinks to Plain and then reset to Post Name.

Now I am able to save the content through page builder and JS code is also saving properly. Please find the screenshot.

Home-Content-Pro11

I would suggest you clear your browser cache and then check it again. It would be best if you could check it in the private mode of the browser.

Please let us know if it does work at your end.

Thanks
