Uh Oh! Unable to load Cornerstone

I’m not able to load Cornerstone.

I’ve disabled all plugins
Made sure WP and Pro is up to date
No caching or CDNs used
PHP is 8.1
I’ve also reinstalled the pro theme
No customization to the theme or child theme being used
I’ve checked to confirm there is no custom code being used

Any suggestions for next steps?

Hi @coxdigitalarts,

Thanks for reaching out.
The website you specified in the error list and the given credentials are different. One of the websites is having Pro version 6.0.5 and another one has 6.2.3, I would suggest you update both the themes to the latest version and check if that resolves your problem or not. If not, please let us know the exact URL where you are having the problem.
Additionally, I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

1.Theme Related Issue
2.Plugin Conflict
3.Child Theme Related issue
4.CSS/JS Customization
5.Disabling Cache
6.Disabling CDN

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.

Thanks

Hi @tristup - I’m sorry, I tried rolling back my theme to see if that did anything. You saw the site after I rolled back.

I’m actually getting the same error on both sites (the one I specified and the one I included in the console error list).

The theme is back to the most recent version. I’ve tried with all plugins disabled, no child theme, removed all custom CSS and disabling all cache and cdns.

Any other suggestions?

Hello @coxdigitalarts,

Thanks for checking the plugin conflict I would suggest you please copy your live website to the staging server so that we can check it without breaking your live website. Please share the admin login details and FTP of the staging server so we can debug the issue properly. In case you have no idea about how to move the site to the staging server.

Thanks

Sure thing:

Hello @coxdigitalarts,

Regretfully we cannot check your site because the given user credentials have no access to Cornerstone panels. Please changed the role to an Administrator so we can have full access and investigate the issue further.

Best Regards.

Thats an admin account - but I think you’re seeing the issue. I cant access cornerstone.

That’s a fresh install of the theme. You’re welcome to disable all plugins.

Hi @coxdigitalarts,

I have checked the Cornerstone and found that it loads the pages perfectly fine in your staging server. Can you please check and let us know if you are still facing the same issue?

If everything is working fine in your staging you can migrate the staging server to live server.

Thanks

Tristup - yes, I can confirm it’s working now. Can you tell me what you did?

I’ve got the same error on another site (https://www.mattwinterband.com/)

I just cloned it over from the staging server and am still getting the same issue. Not sure what that means. You’re welcome to log in to the live site with the same credentials.

I’m getting the error on two different sites. Credentials attached.

Any updates?

Hi @coxdigitalarts,

I have checked your live site and found the Cornerstone loading the pages perfectly fine.

If you are still facing the same issue, I would suggest you check once by clearing all types of cache including the System Cache from Cornerstone > Settings > System > Clear System Cache and check in the incognito/private mode of the browser.

Thanks
