"Uh oh! Something went wrong" - when trying to transfer new PRO license to another account

Hi there, I purchased the PRO license on November 21, 2021. The license is attached to a website I don’t want to use it with: joinuhoo.

I want to transfer license to a new personal website: saskiacarter

I unlocked the license from my joinuhoo account. I copied the license. I clicked “add new product”. I pasted the license from the unlocked joinuhoo into the box, and clicked “save” [see img]

This appears: “Uh oh! Something went wrong”.

I tried multiple times to copy + paste accounts multiple times, refreshed cache, etc.

How can I transfer the license from my unused and joinuhoo account to my new domain, saskiacarter?

Also to note here, I don’t have access to the joinuhoo wordpress login anymore, because it’s tied to an email address that’s been expired for years. Hopefully that helps. I can post the license I’d like to transfer to this post, if required. Thank you!

I have checked both the license and found that it has been already attached to your current account. And now you can add another website on staging or location by removing the existing one.
