Uh oh! No suitable preview... WooCommerce Single Layout for Account page

Hi,
I’m not able to edit the layout of the WooCommerce Account page due to the “Uh oh! No Suitable preview area…” error message.
Steps to recreate the issue - create a new WooCommerce Single Layout, assign conditions to appear when Account is being viewed, select the Account page in the preview url.
I’m seeing the same issue on a number of sites (Pro 6.5.8) WooCommerce (9.3.3). Even on a clean local install, no third party plugins installed and no cache in place.

Thanks for reaching out.
While using the WooCommerce layout, you need to create a minimum of one product before using it. Also, please set the Home and Post pages from Settings > Reading, to avoid the same for other layouts.

Your solution has no effect. I think you’ve misunderstood the issue. It’s the preview for the WooCommerce Account page not products. As I understand you can set a WooCommerce Single Layout to show when “Account is being viewed”.

Then when you select the Account page in the preview menu, it won’t let you.

It works fine setting up a layout for Cart, Checkout and Products but not for Account for some reason.

We apologize for the confusion. I have replicated the issue in my test site so this might be a bug.

An alternative to this is editing the My Account page in Cornerstone.

In the page builder, insert the [woocommerce_my_account] shortcode in a Text element.

Hi @christian, glad you’ve been able to replicate the issue and I wasn’t missing something obvious. I have been able to add the shortcode within the Cornerstone editor for now.
