Ive installed a complete new wordpress site with x. Actually I haven’t installed any plugins ore something else. If I edit a new site, there is a error message “uh oh, there is no closing html tag …”. All the X-Theme Elements doesn’t work. I can’t create a section and can’t use any element too.
Please, can you help me?
another curiosity is, that I can’t see the black wordpress toolbar on top of the frontpage? Does it relate to the other problem?

It might be the PHP fatal errors on your website that prevent the admin bar to show.
Could you please enable the debug mode? You can do this by opening wp-config.php and adding
define('WP_DEBUG', true);
/* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */
When you revisit the page, we should have some error output describing the issue in more detail. And if no error is displayed, please provide us FTP so that we can investigate further.
Please also set the support account to the administrator role.

The support account is now with administration role and in the secure note you can find an ftp login. Thank you for your help.
It should be okay now, yes, there is no error but files are corrupted. I went ahead and uploaded the working copies.
