"Uh Oh! Failed to save."

To whom it may concern,
I am unable to edit this page: http://ecologicalbrain.org/people/
Whenever I try to make even a minor change it ways: “Uh Oh! Failed to save.”
All other pages seem to be editable.
Any ideas what the issue is?

If none of the above helps, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

Thanks for looking into this @tristup.

There doesn’t seem to be any theme related issue, or plugin conflict. WordPress and the Pro theme are both fully up to date (v5.8.2 and v5.1.4 respectively). No third-party CDN services are being used.

I will provide login credentials shortly so that you can assist further.

Hi @cubistular,

I have checked your website and found that the page can be modified successfully using the Page Builder.

If you are still facing this issue, I would suggest you check once by clearing all types of cache including the Style Cache from Cornerstone > Settings > System > Clear Style Cache and check in the incognito/private mode of the browser.

Hi @tristup - thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, this solution did not work for me.
I can see on the screenshots provided that u were able to make changes on the homepage (so am I). The problem specifically relates to the People page ( http://ecologicalbrain.org/people/ ).
Could you take another look, please?

I have saved the page content as Template and created atest page with that, which is saving the content. I would request you check the test page URL: http://ecologicalbrain.org/test-by-themeco/ and if that worked please rename it to the people.
