"Uh oh, failed to save"

I keep receiving this error on my website. Everything is up to date as far as the theme and editor go. This is the error I am seeing in the console:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()

/wp-json/themeco/data/save?_locale=user:1

There could be a plugin or custom code that affects to save your page.

I recommend the following troubleshooting procedures before we investigate the settings.

  2. TESTING FOR PLUGIN CONFLICT
  3. THEME UPDATE
  4. CHILD THEME
  5. CSS/JS CUSTOMIZATION
  6. VERSION COMPATIBILITY

Only if none of that helps, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password
