Uh oh failed to save error on site

Hi, any time I am making a change to my homepage (https://www.sandandseagulls.co.uk/) I am getting the “Uh oh, failed to save” error. I have tried disabling cloudflare and caching plugins but this doesnt help. Please can you advise what is causing this.
Please also note that I am running the latest version of the Pro Theme (using a child theme) version 4.2.3 and also the latest version of wordpress (5.7)

Thanks

Hello @zoepayne42,

Thanks for writing in!

I have checked your homepage and there is a JS error on the page:

Uncaught ReferenceError: adsTringId is not defined
    at (index):69

It could also be caused by a plugin conflict, amongst other things. Please check out this troubleshooting article here and follow the instructions for the following sections (where appropriate):

Testing for Plugin Conflict
Theme Update
Child Theme
CSS/JS Customization
Increasing PHP Memory Limit
Disabling Cache
Disabling CDN

Hi, i have added the info you requested in a secure note. Thanks

Hello @zoepayne42,

Thanks for sharing the credentials, I went ahead and checked your dashboard it seems that there is an issue of plugin conflict issue with the " WooCommerce Advanced Product Labels" plugin. I would suggest you temporarily deactivate the plugin and then check it again.

Please have a look at the given screenshot below.

Please note that we don’t provide any third-party plugin support. It is out of the support scope. I would suggest you please contact the plugin author who can assist you with your concern.

Hope it helps
Thanks
