Uh oh! Details helpful to Themeco support can be found in the browser's developer tools console

Hi,

I’ve recently pushed migrated my site to new hosting in order to set it live.

The site itself is working perfectly, but I can no longer access the Pro editor (Headers, Content, Footers).

The following message is in the console:

I’ve tried the following:
Flushing all caches
Disabling all plugins
Switching to non-child version of theme

But nothing makes a difference.

Is there anything you can advise?

Thanks

Tim

Hi @timgroves,

Thanks for reaching out and providing all your details!

I check and confirm your issue when accessing the cornerstone builder. Maybe there’s some corrupted files when you migrating your website to your new hosting because when I re-install the Pro theme it fix the issues. On the other hand, your website is also now validated.

Hope that helps.

Thank you.

Hi Marc,

Thanks so much for fixing the issue - I should have thought of trying to re-install the theme.

Thanks for the superb support as always!

Tim
