Uh Oh, can't save

I’ve deactivated all plugins, checked the php version (7)
While working the page was able to save, all of the sudden now I can’t save any changes. This has happened again yesterday, I had to reinstall from scratch everything and now after almost finishing the last touches I’m facing with the same issue: “uh oh content failed to save”

This is happening on the main page.

Deactivated the seo plugin and now it works.
