I am getting save errors after migrating to new hosting. I have notified my hosting provider Entrecloud but want to see if you guys can log in and take a look. Credentials in the following secure note.
Hello @desitdt,
Thanks for asking.
I checked the page and can confirm that there’s issues in saving. However, I don’t see same problem on other pages and changes are getting saved without any issue. Upon further testing the page in skeleton mode I see few undefined elements in Test page. Try deleting those undefined element from Skeleton Mode and then try saving the page.
Thanks.
I am sorry I must have been doing some testing when you checked. That was a random template I tried to load while diagnosing. Please check again and try to load the correct template “Welcome Page”.
Hello @desitdt,
Thanks for updating the thread.
I opened the Welcome page and contents are getting saved without any issues. I have recorded a screencast, please take a look. I suggest you to try clearing cache and try again.
Thanks.
I cannot see if you actually tried to re-load the template, or if you just opened the Welcome page. Please create a brand new page and load in the “Welcome Page” template from the template bank. On my end I am getting nonce verification failed errors when trying to save the full template, but it will save if I delete everything but the first section of the template.
Hi @desitdt
I’ve repeated these steps twice and I couldn’t reproduce this issue on your website, please check the video link I shared in the Secure Note below.
It could be something related to your browser, did you try different browsers/PCs? try to clear cache from your web browser.
Thanks.
What in the world could be the issue? I tried this on my mac laptop on the same wifi connection and am not having issues.
On my desktop I am having issues only when accessing the cloned installations on the new hosting. Accessing and working in Pro on the old install works fine as always.
Using my Mac laptop on the same internet connection i can access both the new hosting and old hosting without an issue. I have tried using chrome, firefox, and iexplore on desktop and they all give me some degree of the same errors. Using chrome or safari on my laptop works fine.
I have shut down and unplugged my comp multiple times. I have released my ip, unplugged my router and wifi.
Hi There,
Neither I can replicate the issue, I can load, edit, and save that “Welcome Page” template without an issue.
Can you try using the Incognito/Private of your browser?
Thanks,
