Ubermenu/X theme help

Im wondering if someone would be willing to work with me to help me make the theme and menu work the way I wish. Im having trouble figuring out how to set the options. Id greatly appreciate any help, im very fustrated at that fact I wish my website to work a specific way but that I work only a low income job and dont have enough money to pay a coder what they desire. My website is only a personal hobby site, so it doesnt have to look amazing.Ive just had the dream of having it up since 98.

You should learn by yourself in some way . We have learned by ourself and we have dedicate time in order to understand how the things are working and trying to improve our websites . You have thousands of hours of videos , websites dedicated to wordpress and absolutely everything . In my personal opinion , you should learn how to do the things by yourself . I have created a really nice website in just 6 months , so keep going and focus on learn because basically you are going to need it . A website is not a static thing , you must update it regularly , create new things ,etc. Even is a hobby thing . Good luck and hopefully in some months you are going to have a really nice website
