Thanks for reaching out.
By default, the Top level menu items will appear in 2 columns from 480px to 960px. To make it in One column you need to select Main UberMenu Configuration > Responsive & Mobile > Top Level Responsive Columns as shown in the given screenshot.

Hi @andamttia,

As per your screenshot, it still shows that Top Level Responsive Columns is set with One column. If that you changed before taking the screenshot, it will be very difficult to recognize the issue without investigating through the admin dashboard.

Can you please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
