Ubermenu/Shiftnav error

Hi,

My site is newsite.storeitcold.com.

I am not able to add any items to my main menu under wp-admin- appearence - menu.

I think Shiftnav is causing this to happen. At the bottom right of the screen, I get the following message: “ShiftNav is waiting to load - If this message does not disappear, it means that ShiftNav has not been able to load. This most commonly indicates that you have a javascript error on this page, which will need to be resolved in order to allow ShiftNav to run.”

I’m not sure how to resolve it. I think the WPML plugin might be making this happen, but I’m not sure.

Can you please look into this and help us resolve this asap. Feel free to make any changes in theme editor to fix this as needed.

I have checked your admin area and there is a Javascript error that seems to be the root cause of the issue:

Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
