I am using X Theme with Ubermenu and the menu works fine one the site, but it not functional using the Wordpress AMP plugin. Any suggestions or ideas? The site is www.ezbis.com.

It seems an issue related to the 3rd party plugin, and not related to our theme. I would suggest you contact the plugin author in this case. I would also suggest you go through the following documentation of Uber Menu if that helps you.
