Ubermenu Not Displaying

I’m testing the use of Ubermenu on a site and so far I’ve been unable to get the Ubermenu to display—except in the Sandbox. My testing has been very basic but nothing that I’ve tried has gotten the Ubermenu to display (other than in Sandbox).

I have a simple one-level menu with just three menu items and I have added icons to 2 of the 3 menu items. But the icons only show up in the Sandbox.

Also, the default black & white styling shows up in the Sandbox but not anywhere else.

Could this be an integration problem? I’ve mostly been testing with Automatic Integration but have also tried Direct Injection Testing but the menu doesn’t look any different.

Hey David,

Upon checking, there’s no Ubermenu added to your header.

So to see if UberMenu is having an issue, I went to your UberMenu settings and copied the shortcode of the Main Menu and pasted it to a Text element in your header and found that UberMenu works.

What was your setup that didn’t work? Please detail so we can replicate the issue on our end.
