The title says it all. This site was built a few years back. Customer reached out to me stating that when they try to hover over “What We Do” tab, the submenu disappears before you can select something. Would love some help with this.

I have logged in and check your site. Regretfully there were NO sub-menu items added into “What We Do” menu item.

Because you looked at the wrong menu. Look at the PRIMARY menu, that’s where you’ll find the megamenu stuff.
Secondly, this site was built in 2018…Believe me, the menu was working in 2018.

Please edit your custom header and make sure that the Primary Menu is displayed in your Navigation Inline element.
