Ubermenu link on mobile doesn't work ? (convertbox link)

Hello lovely peoples :slight_smile:

I have some issue with a link on my UberMenu which is suppose to open a Convertbox popup. It works pretty great on PC, but doesn’t work on mobile & tablet.

The link is “Télécharger le guide” here https://lecarnetdigital.com/, pointing to https://www.lecarnetdigital.com/#cb1e3660f3

I guess the issue is coming from the #cb1e3660f3 link…
Any idea how I can handle this issue ?

Thanks for writing in! I have investigated the page and I can confirm that the Convertbox pop will not shop up on mobile screens. Since ConvertBox is a 3rd party plugin, I would highly recommend that you contact the creators of the plugin and inform them about this issue. They may be aware of this or a known bug in their latest release. They should be able to resolve this issue for you.

Apparently I can’t contact them because my Ubermenu’s licence is only a “X theme’s” licence…

Hello @Scendre,

I am referring to Convertbox (https://convertbox.com/). You will have to contact the creators of the ConvertBox plugin since that is creating the issue and not with UberMenu.

I already did. For them, the error is coming from Ubermenu as it’s doesn’t make the #link clickable in their menu.
Everything is working fine if the link is not IN ubermenu.

Hey @Scendre,

Regretfully, we can do nothing regarding this conflict. UberMenu uses or has a script clicking a link with #. It is their ScrollTo feature that can’t be disabled.

That option can be found in General Settings > Script Configuration

Since ConvertBox developers could not help and we also couldn’t because we’re not the developer of UberMenu, your next option here is to purchase a Standalone UberMenu license and seek help directly from UberMenu’s support. I just want to mention that it’s not a guarantee that they’ll provide support for the conflict though. I’m just saying that there might be a chance.
