Ubermenu - in footer

Am i able to make a slightly different style footer menu to the main menu i have made? I have placed a menu in the footer but i would like to make it look a bit better then it currently does, its style does not resemble my main menu.

For example the footer menu is showing arrows next to the current page which i do not want.

Also i would like to remove the dividers, use the same font i use in the main menu and change the font size.

thanks for any help you may be able to provide

Hi John,

Thanks for the reply, here is the url:

Would i need to make new versions of each menu item, for example copying “Home” and then customising each one in the menu section and using the uber menu button for each item?

thanks

Hi James,

I am able to check and I can see it is a widget menu and not Ubermenu on your footer:

We can always use developer tools to inspect element and change default style. See this: https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cb6FfJI73n

.widget_categories ul>li a, .widget_product_categories ul>li a, .widget_nav_menu ul>li a, .widget_pages ul>li a {
    font-family: 'Playfair Display SC', serif;
    font-size: 12px;
}
.widget_nav_menu .current-menu-item>a:after {
    content: "";
}
.widget_categories ul>li, .widget_product_categories ul>li, .widget_nav_menu ul>li, .widget_pages ul>li,.widget ul li:first-child, .widget ol li:first-child {
    border-top: 0;
}

Hope this helps.

Thank you for the help, just wondered if i am able to get rid of the last little line below “Contact”, ive looked at the code but couldnt see any difference to the other elements in the list,

thanks again

Hi,

To get of it, you can add this in X > Launch> Options > CSS

.x-colophon.top .widget_nav_menu ul {
   border-bottom:0;
}

Hope that helps
