Ubermenu does not collapse at load

Dear Sirs

I’m building a custom header and trying to include the Ubermenu via “widget area”.

Not matter what I do, the menu loads opened and not collapsed. In addition - no matter what preset I choose for ubermenu in customizer - it has little or even no effect. Padding between the menu items? Nope…

I have no custom CSS, nor altered the functions.php. Caching is turned off. Tested with possible interfering plugins off as well…

I’d appreciate any suggestions. Thx a heap.

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked your website but didn’t find the issue you described, also the login URL is not accessible and it redirected to the http://pi.pure.it/park/. I would suggest you please provide any screenshot marked with the issue or any video that helps us to recognize the problem. And also provide the exact login URL to log in to your website.

Problem solved!
“Load UberMenu Core Layout” was disabled. Sorry for the incovenience
