UberMenu Assigned to Pro Header's Navigation Dropdown?

Hello, I have created a global header using the Pro Header builder and assigned a menu to it via the element navigation dropdown. My client would like to add more rich content like images, product categories, copywriting, etc. etc. to it, which I am thinking of using UberMenu for.

I would like to know, if it is possible to create a rich content UberMenu in Appearance > Menu and then assign it to the Pro Header’s navigation dropdown so I can retain my current header’s appearance? Or will I have to rebuild the header from the ground up with UberMenu in mind?

Please let me know, thank you!

Hi @jessebrito,

Thank you for reaching out to us. Yes you can add Ubermenu to your Pro header by following these steps:

  1. Create your Uber Menu
  2. Generate the shortcode here: Appearance > UberMenu > Manual Integration > Integrate Specific Menu (Choose your menu) see https://sevenspark.com/docs/ubermenu-3/integration/shortcode
  3. Copy the shortcode and go to your pro header editor.
  4. Add a Content Area element and paste your shortcode there
  5. Your UberMenu is now simply an element in the Pro Header builder. Mange the menu design/structure/content as normal.

You can also follow the thread here https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/ubermenu-and-pro-integration/62952/2

Hope this helps!
