I check the menu item and can confirm the CSS is not applied to the current menu item.
To help you on this, can you please provide us your login details in a secure note so that we can have a look on to the setting that you have. I can understand that you have made the setting properly but needs to check if this causing due to some other plugins or so theme css.

The issue is because of your custom CSS. Please remove it and clear all caches including browser cache.

The errors in the console are not coming from X. Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Are you referring to this page page?

Because in most pages, it is working already;

If you want it to be light blue, you will need to update your code and use this instead:

.ubermenu-skin-clean-white .ubermenu-item-level-0.ubermenu-current-menu-item > .ubermenu-target,
.ubermenu .ubermenu-item.ubermenu-item-3075.ubermenu-current-menu-item > .ubermenu-target{
  color : #00A3E0!important
}
