Let us know how it goes

Hi There,
Ubermenu does work on FireFox
Please provide your URL so we can take a closer look.
Thank you
Hello,
my url: www.niederrheintheater.de
In this moment I do not use ubber menu because of the issue.
So you can´t see the problem.
What to do, perhaps I can send you a sreenshot?
Hello @MichaelKoenen,
Thank you for writing in and sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue. For things of this matter, a live example is always necessary so that we can inspect the physical website and see where the conflict is coming from (styling, scripting, custom code implemented, et cetera).
I would recommend making a test page and applying the UberMenu only to that page, and then sending us that link. This will isolate the problem to only that page which users won’t be able to find, and will provide us with the necessary live example we need to inspect things properly.
Thank you and we look forward to assisting you.
Hello,
I am not able to isolate the problem.
After activating the ubermenu plugin at once the site crashs in firefox.
I will activate the ubermenu now and will deactivate it on tuesday the 21. of September, so you can see the problem for two days.
I hope that´ll be ok for you?
Your site doesn’t crash but the menu is just broken. It happens even in Chrome. The only issue I see in the console is Missing Google Maps API. Try turning off the loading of Google Maps API in UberMenu settings. See http://sevenspark.com/docs/ubermenu-3/content/shortcodes/maps
If that doesn’t help, please give us WP Admin credentials in a Secure Note. You also need to give us permission to deactivate all your third party plugins and remove customizations (if applicable) so we could determine the cause of the issue.
Thanks.
I entered a Google Maps API.
I turned off the loading of Google Maps API, then i cleared cash and after reloading the same problem, no changes.
If I give you the permission to do all the things in my site, will you bring it back to original after determining the problem?
Hi there,
You should backup your site or clone it in a staging, then you can restore it once we determine the issue. I can’t really troubleshoot it since Ubermenu is never active on your site, so we really need to log in your site for testing.
Thanks!
