Uber menu vertical menu not working

[dstro003]

Hello support team,

I am having trouble trying to get the sub menu of the tab “Account” on my header menu “SoundShock Menu 2.0” to be vertical.

I would like the submenu to look like this

but It looks like this

I am using the same submenu options.

Any help getting the “Account” submenu to look like the “tutorials” tab would be greatly appreciated!
