Uber Menu plugin installation gives error message

When I want to install the plugin UberMenu on my temp. website, I get an error messsage.

Thanks for reaching out.
After going through the installation process, it has been found that the Plugin folder does not have the write permission to create a new folder for installing the plugin. Please reset the folder permission of the plugins folder and try once.
