I have a Left side Pro Header Menu. I am using an Uber menu shortcode in a text element. All the submenus that should fly out to the right are cut off inside the side menu bar container. How do I fix this to allow the menus to fly out past the menu bar and over the page content?

The reason might be Content Scrolling. Please inspect BAR. Look for the following setting under Setup tab. Please set Content Scrolling to OFF

What does this actually do?

The option is for cases that the menu is linear and there is no dropdown. Then if the browser window is small, the viewer can scroll vertically to see the rest of the menu items by enabling the Content Scrolling feature.
