Uber Menu Error on WooCommerce Site

We had the uber menu working with Woo Commerce product category photos but had to delete all products during development due to an import issue. Somehow the categories we had setup got removed so the Menu page showed the category menu items in red, with no title, just a number and an invalid message. When we accessed the Uber Menu controls for a menu item, this message appeared:

"If you are seeing this error, your settings have not loaded properly. This is most commonly caused by a memory exception from trying to load too many posts or terms. Please visit the UberMenu Control Panel > General Settings > Advanced Menu Items and enable the following settings:

  • Disable Autocomplete
  • Disable Dynamic Posts Author Selection

If this does not resolve the issue, please enable WP_DEBUG and check for PHP errors in your Appearance > Menus panel."

We disabled the 2 functions as recommended but no change. We enabled DEBUG, but no debug messages appear on Appearance/Menus panel.

We deleted all the invalid menu items and recreated all deleted categories, but the above error remains.

We also deleted and re-installed the UberMenu plugin from the Pro validation page.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @comstarsupport,

Thanks for reaching out.
It will be very difficult to recognize the issue by seeing the video. Can you please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Thanks

Hi @comstarsupport,

The credential you provided is not working, please double check and update it with the correct one.

Thank you.
