Typing starts when page loaded not when at the scroll position

hi there

I use many global blocks on the page and there I do use the “typing effect”. Problem is: The typing seems to start when page is loaded, not when scrolled at the specific position. Thus when scrolling down the page everything is already typed.

Here a screen so you know what effect I am talking about.
