Typekit fonts not pulling into PRO

Hi, I have added my typekit ID in the FONT settings of PRO. see here: https://screencast.com/t/7uYmEI26OzfR

However the “refreshing” status remains and PRO won’t pull the fonts.

Any idea what causes this?

The Typekit fonts are loading fine.
