I’ve added the adobe typekit to my fonts…but when I choose the “Alisha” font, the font does not change it stays the same…can you please advise…? I’ve added the link to my page and a few screenshots…thank you.

From checking your site, that specific text is still set to lato. Those font is not yet loaded on your site . Would you mind giving us your site wordpress and typekit credentials inside a secure note so we can double check your settings? Thank you.
For the mean time, please do make sure that your domain is enabled for that specific KIT ID. See this:

Solved…I had enabled an incorrect domain…after enabling the correct domain name, it worked like a charm…thank you.
