For whatever reason, I’m noticing my website has two scroll bars and makes scrolling odd. Any particular reason for this and how do I remove it?

It looks like you already resolved the issue. I don’t see double scrollbars on your site.
The usual cause of that is content overflowing their container. The fix for it is to set the Overflow option of the Bar or Section to Hidden.
