Two radio buttons on checkout

Hi,

I have two radio buttons on my checkout page next to the payment options (screenshot attached).

My website is dragonhockey.co.uk, but i have disabled the payment option to pay via credit and debit card until i can sort this out.

Do you know how i can remove the second radio button? Also, how i can put a space in between the radio button and the words?

I had to disable it because it didn’t look very good. Do you have any ideas? If not, i can re-enable so you can have a look.
