  1. How can I center the buttons?

  2. How can I change the format of the overall page so that there is no white space on either side?

Please change the page template to: Blank - No Container | Header, Footer

The fastest way to center your buttons without using the custom CSS is: adding your button to a row then set the alignment of your row to center:
