I have two regular X-theme licencses that are registerd to two different sites. One of them have free pro upgrade.
Can I somehow choose wich one to do the pro upgrade on?

Thank you for writing in, yes you can choose which license you want to upgrade to PRO. However, the FREE UPGRADE to PRO is only applicable to licenses purchase prior to release of PRO (April 2017)
I see that you already upgrade one of your license to PRO, please note license upgrade is a one-way procedure and you will not be able to roll back to X.
