Two Blog pages with Sidebars

I am having issues setting up the blog pages with different categories properly.

I would like to have 2 separate blog pages that each show their respective category.

I want to be able to have a sidebar on each blog page. I believe I have the proper settings/widgets set and not seeing the proper layout. (Sidebar - Main) Can you please have a look and see if I am missing something?

There is no such option to set two Blog pages for your site with the specific categories. Alternatively, you can create two separate pages to show the category wise post using the recent_post shortcode or you can try using the bundled grid plugins. Both have the features you need.
