Turning on Brands (Font Awesome) Causes iFrame Error

When we turn on the Brand switch in the Globals, “The preview could not load due to the iframe response being incomplete…most often related to plugin conflict, [etc.].” message window is displayed and the page shows an endless loading animation.

This occurs when editing any page.

This occurs with all plugins deactivated.

This occurs with either SVG or Webfont selected.

I’ve cleared the Cornerstone system cache.

I can’t think of anything else it could be. Maybe the font is corrupt?

Hi @co50,

I wouldn’t expect you to have the same issue on your end. As I explained, it seems something got corrupted with the Brands font in Cornerstone and the theme is unable to recover from it on its own, so I reached out to ask what the fix is. Admin login added to secure note.

Hello @co50,

The best option is to reinstall the Pro theme.

Kindly let us know how it goes.
