.ttf font uploads but does not display

Hi, I am trying to use a .ttf font. It uploads to the site without issue, but when i try to use it, it does not display the font. what am i missing? Unfortunately there is no .woff version of this font available.

Thanks for writing to us.

To import the custom font it is recommended to use the font file in ".WOFF" format. I would suggest you please convert your font file from ".TTF" into the ".WOFF" font file format. In case you have not seen the doc on how to import the custom font please have a look at this documentation.

Thanks, I am aware that .woff is better, but I dont know how to covert .ttf to .woff. Can you point me in the right direction?

I have used custom fonts a lot, so do understand how to add them in PRO.
