Trying to use Gutenber but not working

Hi, I am trying to convert the home page of my website www.cleliamattana.com , created with PRO I think, based on the code , example: [/cs_text][cs_element_gap _id=“10” ][/cs_element_column][/cs_element_row][cs_element_row _id=“11” ][cs_element_column _id=“12” ]

When I go to click edit with Gutenberg it doesn’t give me the usual screen for Gutenberg but it goes back to the code I had put in the beginning. I don’t know what to do because I have already translated the page into other languages using WPML and maybe that can be a reason? Is it possible to convert the page to the Gutenberg blocks? Thanks

Thanks for reaching out.
Regretfully, the content added through the Cornerstone or Content Builder is not editable in the Block or Gutenberg editor, and vise-versa. That’s why the content is not showing in the Gutenberg.
I would suggest you create it from scratch if you don’t have any backup version with you.

I’m now seeing something else “weird”. I created an article from scratch using Gutenberg. I went to edit it and, again, even if I used Gutenberg, to begin with, I can’t see the Gutenberg layout anymore, only the normal “visual” page. Am I doing something wrong?
This is what I see instead of Gutenberg. If I click on Gutenber Editor nothing happens.

I tested the Gutenberg Editor button on my test site and it works. This means that there is something conflicting with the Gutenberg Editor button on your test site.

Please do the following troubleshooting steps to determine where the issue is coming from.

1. Testing For Plugin Conflict
2. Child Theme
3. Css/Js Customization
4. Version Compatibility

Only if none of the troubleshooting steps help, please give us the following information in a Secure Note.

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin username and password

Your wp-admin is not loading.

You need to contact your web host to fix this first as that one is not a theme issue.

Hi, Usually it works if you first type www.cleliamattana.com and then you type with /admin

Thanks for providing your credentials.

The reason why your Gutenberg editor is not working because you installed the Classic Editor plugin. When I tried to disable the Classic Editor your Gutenberg Editor is now working properly.
