Trying to use geolocate for woocommerce

So i have everything up and running…except that I can’t get geolocate working. I keep getting a message about "PharData not found at “…wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/class-wc-geolocation.php” - but I have that folder and file and I haven’t touched.

I read somewhere that i need to update to PHP 7 for geolocate to work…and my theme is on 5.6. So, is this right? And how do I update the PHP?
