We are using the X Pro theme on our website, and we have enabled Open Graph with a fallback image. Additionally, we have Yoast Premium installed, and the same image has been set for social sharing. However, when we share links from our site, the preview image does not display as expected. Instead, the BBB badge from our footer appears as the preview image. We are having difficulty determining the cause of this issue.
I have tried disabling Open Graph in X Pro Theme settings to see if it was a conflict but it did not fix the issue.
