Trouble With X Pro - Documentation on Where to Start in KB?

Edit: You can remove this question I think I finally got it figured out, cornerstone no longer being its own thing and being integrated made it hard for me to figure out how to navigate to page builder.

Haven’t messed with WP or X theme in a few years, re-doing a site from scratch. See lots of confusing non-sense about X Pro after reading over it sounds like it is basically the same , minus the demos, and adding footer/header building options. So I opt to upgrade to Pro.

The knowledge base doesn’t have much for Pro there are only 2 items specific to Pro, how to convert the licenses (which I now wish I had not) and the other is how to build headers/footers??

How about how to make your home page? In non-pro you choose your stack or a demo and started from there adding style elements, text, media, etc. I thought Pro would just give me a blank page and I’d add headers/footers, content elements, etc. Instead after activating the theme any page I create is not blank but full of basic ugly as hell blocks and elements and I can’t figure out how to remove the basic stuff to add in my own elements and design.

I then figured Themeco would have at least one youtube video showing some one making a mock site with X Pro and I could follow along while modifying where needed. However Themeco doesn’t have any videos like that on their channel and further searching only found videos about pro and header/footer design or the non-pro version.

Where can I get some documentation/tutorial/video on some one making a full site with Pro?

Hello @mysongranhills,

Glad to hear that you have figured it out. Essentially there is no fundamental or visual difference between Cornerstone and Content Builder. Both work and functions same. So the Cornerstone tutorials can be used to learn and explore Content builder too.

Along with our KB resource I highly encourage you to checkout our YouTube channel as we are puting necessary resources and investments to release new videos. If you find the tutorials helpful, I also encourage you to Subscribe to the channel.

Thanks.
