Trouble with license transfer to new domain

I have a license of X Theme but I cannot seem to get my local install to recognize my reassignment of the license. I have already changed it in my APEX account and I keep getting the same message below.

Thanks for writing in! You may have assigned it but you never saved your changes. Please go back to your licenses page, insert your localhost url and click the check icon to save your changes.

Thanks. I guess it wasnt very clear to me from a UI standpoint that i had to click that after typing in my changes. I assumed there was a save button for the whole form. Thanks for the quick reply!
