Trouble with Fonts... Error 403

Hi there,

I am recently having when I am trying to open cornerstone. The page loading speed is horrible. Weirdly enough this only happens on PC…
However, I do get a 403 Status Code.

This are not the fonts I am using on the page. The problem was gone for a couple of days, when I disabled the “font manager”. But now it is back. And I cannot find out why.

Hey @thannemann,

It seems the font in Fonts Manager is corrupted. I’ve deleted it and the error is gone now.

Hey @thai,

thanks for your help. You are right. Cornerstone is working again. However the Code 403 remains when I open any given page. I am wondering whether this will mean, that the mistake will come back.

Thanks for updating the thread.

I have tested bunch of pages using Cornerstone on your website and on my end it’s working fine. To avoid any conflict I suggest you to clear the cache so that latest resources are in use.
