Trouble understanding fonts and font manager in Xtheme

Hello,
I just purchased the new Xtheme and I am having trouble changing the fonts/text inside me text and header elements. Can you give be a simple explanation how to use text manager. I read articl in Xtheme Docs on Manager but still doe snot make sense.

I tried putting my project ID Typekit in the Adobe Fonts spot. And it said Your project cannot ne found.
Ther are a few fonts to pick from but I want a Google or Adobe Font.

Hello @Tagdog,

Thanks for writing in!

Please make sure that your Adobe Font Kit is valid and correct. Once you have set it up in the Font Manager, you still need to go to Cornerstone > Theme Options > Typography section. Enable the Font manager, set the fonts for the Headers and Body and Content.

When inserting a text element or headline element, you also need to set the font family in the element settings.

If you leave it to “Inherit”, it will just inherit whatever font you have set as your Body and Content default font.

Hope this helps.

Hi, Thanks for the reply. I have figured out much of my Fonts problem, but I don’t understand the Adobe Fonts.
I placed my project ID in the correct spot. And it said Your project cannot be found. I Logged into Adobe fonts created a project. It gave me a project ID. I placed that ID in the correct spot on the font Manager. " Your project cannot be found".
It would be really awesome if someone at Themco would post a training video on YouTube covering the new Font Manager?? Thanks

Hi @miffypurslow,

Unfortunately, there are no tutorial videos for adding the Adobe fonts. But once you enter the project ID and click the refresh button, you can see a table displaying which fonts you are using for your design.

Hope it helps.
Thanks
