Trouble Seeing "Cornerstone" Edits on Frontend

Hello! I am editing a content page with Pro and for some reason, in the sidebar I can add sections and rows but I don’t see anything changing in my “preview” area if that makes sense. I will include login information. I’ve spoken with WP Engine about my memory limits being set to max which they are and from what I can tell the SSL is working fine so I can’t quite figure out what could be the issue.

I occasionally get the “A conflict on the front end of your site has prevented the preview from loading.” message error but more importantly, I’m not able to edit my Cornerstone content pages with a frontend preview. When I try to drag over an element, it won’t show up on the left hand side but if I view it in the skeleton preview, I can see the sections and rows I’ve inserted.

Your help is very very much appreciated, thank you!

I would also like to reference this: https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/plugin-conflict-with-themeco-x/848/5 I also am using WP Engine but was told I didn’t have access or the ability to change Cloudflare page rules. The user in this thread seems to have been able to do that and change their CSS/Javascript settings - is there another way I should ask WP Engine support so they know what I’m looking to achieve?

Thank you!

As an update, I’m seeing the conflict here is because of the new WordPress Update 4.8.1

Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! Having WordPress 4.8.1 does not affect the editor. There are other things that may have caused your issue. For one, it could be the CLoudFlare minification of JS and CSS. If you can login to your CloudFlare, you can easily disable it from there. There must be a way to disable it while using WP Engine. A setting could be found somewhere in the WP Engine dashboard. Regretfully we cannot log in to your site because the given credentials is not working for us. The username you gave is invalid. Could you please update it?

Thank you.
