Trouble Installing Mogul

I just signed up for Personify and I’m installing Mogul on a Staging Site. During the installation process, I’m getting these errors.

After those errors briefly flash across the screen the “updating documents 33/33” completes and everything looks okay. But I might be missing something?

Thanks!

As an example, I’m trying to recreate the blog posts with your templates, but none are available.

I also tried importing the tco file from “manage library” but the template library remains blank.

I’ve moved on from my Managed Wordpress Hosting plan’s staging site, to a fresh install on a Cpanel environment. (All Godaddy.) I was hoping that ManagedWP was the problem, but it’s not. I continue to have issues trying to get up and running by installing the Library.

Cpanel is running php 8.1. I’ve also done the following, trying to be proactive:
Enabled zip file type
Memory limit: 512M
Post Max Size: 128M
Upload Max Filesize: 1G

I tried again. This time, it uploaded 5 image bundles instead of 2 or 3, but still had error messages flash by.

What am I missing? Are there other file types to enable? Is my upload limit of 1G really not enough?

I’m also getting multiple copies of templates, as I keep trying again. That will be fun to clean up… but I don’t know what is NOT being uploaded, so I keep trying to fill in the missing parts.

Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! There are files that aren’t allowed by your server. Please check out this article instead for you to resolve the issue.

Kindly let us know how it goes.

Updating the wp-config file was successful. No errors in uploading the assets.

Thank you!
