Hi, I am unable to import demo content for the agency template on my x theme. Any help on the same would be appreciated.
Thank you in advance!
Hello There,
Thanks for writing in! To successfully install the demo contents, please make sure that:
1.) Your site meets with the WordPress minimum requirements:
2.) We recommend that you increase your memory allocated to PHP. To increase it, please edit your wp-config.php file and insert these lines:
define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );
3.) That your server is not blocking any connection to our theme.co demo server.
We would loved to know if this has work for you. Thank you.
