Transparent background in Renew stack

Trying to replicate a design prepared in Wix that has a logotype image with a transparent background that scrolls over an image set in the background. As the user scrolls down the page the logotype scrolls over the background image. The next section has a white background so goes over the background image.

I have put the background image in the header and fixed it in position.

Using Renew template and have set the background to be transparent in the main settings and when that did not work added the following to the css which appears to have worked for others

Advice on how to get the transparency working would be appreciated!

Hey Josh,

If you want the logo to display over the image that is in the bar under it, you just need to increase the z-index of the bar that contains the logo for it to have a larger z-index that the bar next to it:
