I’ve got 2 licenses for x theme but have misplaced my login for one of the apex accounts associated with it, was wondering if I could get some assistance transferring the first license to the primary account so they’re in the same spot. Happy to provide both product keys on request (if there’s a way to PM staff without having the key be public)

Thanks for reaching out.
Unfortunately, we can’t just transfer a license to another especially if we can’t verify its ownership. So what we did is added a feature that will allow the user to transfer it themselves. Just head on your license and unlock it by clicking the lock icon :
Once unlocked, you can then register that license to another account.
In case you just forgot the password of that account, then please reset your password by going to the login page and click Lost Password?

Thanks for the reply, was able to unlock said license following the above instructions but the account I wish to transfer to said it’s still locked - I’m guessing it takes a bit of time to kick through so I’ll give it an hour or so and try again, else report back in the thread.

I can confirm that license (see secure note) is now unlock and is waiting to be transfer. If you still get the “Already exists” error, please logout to Apex and login back, then try to register the license again.
