Transfer Pro License Request

I have a client that I need to transfer a verification code to. Was purchased in 2015 for them, and hoping thats possible. Info in secure note.

Thanks for writing to us.

You can transfer a license to another account. Please unlock the License from your Themeco account dashboard and then you can create the account with the License key in place of Purchase code.
In this way, you will be able to transfer the License to a different account.

That’s done, however I cannot locate a new registration link for Apex. Was directed to go here https://theme.co/apex/ from another post, however unable to locate an area for “Create Account” or anything along those lines.
